  "source note" : "南秦县（280——548年）治所（陈庆江编写）<br><br>西晋太康元年（280年），南昌县更名南秦县，隶朱提郡（1）。治所即原南昌县治，在今云南镇雄县治乌峰镇旧府村（2）。南齐属南朱提郡（3）。梁太清三年（549年）废（4）。<br><br><br>（1）《宋书》卷《州郡志》载：朱提郡“领县五。……南秦长：本名南昌，晋武帝太康元年（280年）更名”。（版本）。《华阳国志》卷4《南中志》朱提郡所辖有南昌、南秦二县，当是未审沿革，误一县为二县。<br>原南昌县隶朱提郡，更名后未见隶属关系变化之记载。《晋书》卷14《地理志》南秦县属朱提郡（版本），《宋书》卷《州郡志》南秦县亦属朱提郡（版本）。<br>（2）南昌更名南秦，但未见治所变化之记载。《华阳国志》卷4《南中志》误南昌、南秦为二县，但其透露了该县的位置，其载：“南昌县：故都督治，有邓安远城也”；“南秦县：自僰道、南广，有八亭，道通平夷”。（任乃强《华阳国志校补图注》，上海古籍出版社1987年10月第一版，第278页）。据此，南秦（南昌）处南广和平夷之间，三者之间当时已有交通线。南广在今云南盐津，平夷在今贵州毕节，南秦（南昌）当在今云南镇雄，《中华人民共和国地名词典?云南省》“镇雄县”条即考南昌（南秦）在镇雄，谓：该县“三国蜀汉置南昌县”。（商务印书馆，1994年10月第一版，第94页）。今县城乌峰镇旧府村长绿湾发掘东汉墓葬（参阅《中国文物地图集?云南分册》，云南科技出版社，2001年3月第一版，第68页），疑南昌（南秦）县治即在附近一带。<br>（3）《南齐书》卷15《州郡志》载：南秦县隶南朱提郡。（版本）。<br>（4）《梁书》无地理志，洪齮孙撰《补梁书疆域志》，然宁州所领付诸缺如。《梁书》卷《徐文盛传》载：梁大同（535——545年）末年，徐文盛“持节都督宁州刺史”，太清二年（548年）其离职赴荆州。（版本）。则此时梁仍统辖宁州，所属南秦县当仍存。此后即无南朝政权统辖宁州的记载，原所领郡县当废弛。",
