  "source note" : "冠州（1269年——1369年）<br><br>蒙古至元六年（1269年）升冠县为冠州，直隶中书省（1）。治今冠县（2）。明洪武三年（1370年）降为冠县（3）。<br><br>注：<br>（1）《元史》卷58《地理志一》：冠州，本冠氏县，“宋、金属大名府。元初属东平路。至元六年升冠州，直隶省。”（北京，中华书局，1976年，5册，1370页）按《元史·地理志》东平路：“严实没，子忠济为东平路管军万户总管，行总管府事，州县如故。”（同上引书，5册，1365页）又《元史》卷148《严实传》：庚子卒，子忠济，“辛丑，从其父见太宗，命佩虎符，袭东平路行军万户、管民长官，开府布政，一法其父。”（同上引书，12册，3507页）是严忠于辛丑年，即蒙古太宗十三年正式实行东平路总管府事，冠县于其时割属东平路。<br>（2）《续山东考古录》卷5《东昌府下·冠县》：“《方舆纪要》以隋冠氏为古冠氏邑，云‘在今县北，金徙今治。’……考《元和郡县图志》：‘王莽河，北去县十八里。’今县北有汰黄堤，即大河故渎，南有黄城，里数相符，似隋县即今治。金人移治，并无明据。”王汝涛点注：“冠氏县，隋开皇六年（公元帅86年）析馆陶县置冠氏县，治所即今冠县县城，，因西近古冠氏邑，故名。……元至元二年（公元1265年）升为冠州。明洪武三年（公元1370年）降冠州为冠县。”（济南市，山东文艺出版社，1997年，180—181页）按云“至元二年”，乃“至元六年”之误。<br>（3）《明史》卷41《地理志二》：东昌府冠县，“元冠州，直隶中书省。洪武三年降为县，来属。”（北京，中华书局，1974年，4册，945—046页）",
