  "source note" : "发干县（公元前112年——13年）<br><br>西汉元鼎五年（公元前112年）除发干侯国置发干县，属东郡（1）。治今冠县东千户营西南侯家（2）附近。新莽天凤元年（14年）改为戢楯县（3）。<br><br><br>注：<br>（1）《史记》卷20《建元以来侯者年表八》：“发干，《索隐》；《志》县名，属东郡。以父大将军（卫）青右贤王功侯。元朔五年丁未，侯卫登元年。元鼎五年，侯登坐酬金，国除。”（北京，中华书局，1959年，3册，1937页）《汉书》卷28《地理志上》：东郡，县二十二，其一发干（北京，中华书局，1962年，6册，1557页），乃元鼎五年除侯国置县。<br>（2）《史记》卷49《外戚世家·正义》引《括地志》云：“发干故城在博州堂邑县西南二十三里。”（北京，中华书局，1959年，6册，1983页）按唐堂邑县即今冠县东千户营，以此所载里距推考，约在千户营西南侯家（《山东省地图集》，33页）附近。<br>（3）谭其骧《新莽职方考》：“寿良郡，分东郡置”，戢楯，“汉发干。”其文又云：元始五年，王莽更州名，“并稍增置郡县，迄于天凤元年（14年）总有郡一百二十五，今可考者一百一十六，县二千二百三。”（《长水集》，北京，人民出版社，1987年，上册，62、49页）发干县之改名戢楯县，属寿良郡，当在天凤元年。",
