  "source note" : "清县（23年——78年）<br><br>刘玄更始元年（23年）改清治县复汉名清县，属东郡（1）。治今聊城市西南张炉集（2）。东汉建初四年（79年）改置乐平侯国（3）。<br><br><br><br>注：<br>（1）《后汉书》卷一《光武帝纪一上》：更始元年（23年），光武持节北度河，镇慰州郡，”除王莽苛政，复汉官名。”（北京，中华书局，1965年，1册，10页）新莽寿良郡领清治县之复名清县，仍属东郡，当在此时。<br>（2）《太平寰宇记》卷54《河北道三》：堂邑县，“乐平故城，本汉清县也。在县东南三十里。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，11册，17页）按唐堂邑县，即今冠县东千户营，是清县即东汉乐平县东南三十里。《续山东考古录》卷4《东昌府上·堂邑县》：“清县故城，在东南二十许里。”王汝涛点注：清县，“汉置清县，后汉建初中（公元76至83年）改称乐平县，遗址当在今聊城市西南15公里张炉集乡一带。”（济南市，山东文艺出版社，1997年，148、150页）按在今聊城市西南张炉集（《山东省地图集》，31页），与上引《寰宇记》所载合，即汉清县，新莽改为清治县，后复名清县。<br>（3）《后汉书志》第21《续汉书·郡国志三》：东郡乐平，“侯国。故清，章帝更名。”（北京，中华书局，1965年，12册，3450页）《水经注》卷5《河水》：漯水东北迳乐平县故城东，县故清也，“王莽之清治也。汉章帝建初中，更从今名也。”（《水经注疏》，江苏古籍出版社，1989年，上册，480页）今作建初四年改置。",
