  "source note" : "清县（公元前196年——13年）<br><br>西汉高帝十一年（公元十一年（公元前196年）置，属东郡（1）。治今聊城市西南张炉集（2）。新莽天凤元年（14年）改名清治，属寿良郡（3）。<br><br><br><br>注：<br>（1）《汉书》卷28《地理志上》：东郡，县二十二，其一清县（北京，中华书局，1962年，6册，1557页），不载何年置。同书卷1《高帝纪下》：十一年三月，“梁王彭越谋反，夷三族，……立子恢为梁五，罢东郡，颇益梁。”（同上引书，1册，72页）梁王增益东郡，东郡领聊城县，盖置于此时。<br>（2）《太平寰宇记》卷54《河北道三》：堂邑县，“乐平故城，本汉清县也。在县东南三十里。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，11册，17页）按唐堂邑县，即今冠县东千户营，是清县即东汉乐平县东南三十里。《续山东考古录》卷4《东昌府上·堂邑县》：“清县故城，在东南二十许里。”王汝涛点注：清县，“汉置清县，后汉建初中（公元76至83年）改称乐平县，遗址当在今聊城市西南15公里张炉集乡一带。”（济南市，山东文艺出版社，1997年，148、150页）按在今聊城市西南张炉集（《山东省地图集》，31页），与上引《寰宇记》所载合。<br>（3）谭其骧《新莽职方考》：“寿良郡，分东郡置”，清治，“汉清。”其文又云：元始五年，王莽更州名，“并稍增置郡县，迄于天凤元年（14年）总有郡一百二十五，今可考者一百一十六，县二千二百三。”（《长水集》，北京，人民出版社，1987年，上册，62、49页）清县之改名清治，属寿良郡，当在天凤元年。",
