  "source note" : "缯县（公元前154年——13年）<br><br>西汉景帝三年（公元前154年）置，属东海郡（1）。治今苍山县西北鄫城后（2）。新莽天凤元年（14年）改为缯治县（3）。<br><br><br>注：<br>（1）《汉书》卷28《地理志上》：东海郡，县三十八，“缯，故国，禹后。”（北京，中华书局，1962年，6册，1588页）不记缯县何年置。《史记》卷106《吴王濞列传》：景帝三年，“罚削（楚国）东海郡。”（北京，中华书局，1959年，9册，2825页）将楚国东海郡划归汉朝，缯县之置，或在此时。<br>（2）《太平寰宇记》卷23《河南道二十三》：沂州承县，“故鄫城，在县东八十里。……汉为缯县，属东海郡。晋属琅邪国。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，5册，11页）按唐承县，治今枣庄市东南旧峄县，鄫城则在旧峄县东八十里。《续山东考古录》卷19《兖州府下·峄县》王汝涛点注：缯县，汉置县，“遗址在今苍山县向城乡鄫城村，今称鄫城故城。”（济南市，山东文艺出版社，518页）按今苍山县西北鄫城后（《山东省地图集》，83页），在旧峄县东偏北，与上引《太平寰宇记》所记方位合，即是。<br>（3）谭其骧《新莽职方考》：沂平郡，“汉东海郡”，“缯治，汉缯。”其文又云：元始五年，王莽更州名，“并稍增置郡县，迄于天凤元年（14年）总有郡一百二十五，今可考者一百一十六，县二千二百三。”（《长水集》，北京，人民出版社，1987年，上册，67、49页）西汉东海郡之改为沂平郡，缯县之改为缯治县，当在天凤元年。",
