  "source note" : "黾平县（14年——23年）<br><br>新莽天凤元年（14年）改南平阳县为黾平县，属巨野郡（1）。治今邹县（2）。刘玄更始元年（23年）复汉名南平阳县（3）。<br><br>注：<br>（1）谭其骧《新莽职方考》：“巨野郡，汉山阳郡”，“黾平，汉南平阳。”其文又云：元始五年，王莽更州名，“并稍增置郡县，迄于天凤元年（14年）总有郡一百二十五，今可考者一百一十六，县二千二百三。”（《长水集》，北京，人民出版社，1987年，上册，63、49页）山阳郡之改为巨野郡，南平阳县之改为黾平县，当在元凤元年。<br>（2）《续山东考古录》卷18《兖州府上·邹县》：“南平阳县，即今治。”王汝涛点注：“南平阳县，春秋鲁平阳邑，秦置平阳县，属薛郡。汉改今名，刘宋改称平阳县，遗址即今邹县城。”（济南市，山东文艺出版社，1997年，499、501页）新莽改为黾平县。<br>（3）《后汉书》卷一《光武帝纪一上》：更始元年（23年），光武持节北度河，镇慰州郡，”除王莽苛政，复汉官名。”（北京，中华书局，1965年，1册，10页）新莽巨野郡领黾平县，巨野郡之复汉名山阳郡，黾平县之复汉名南平阳县，当在此时。",
