  "source note" : "鄃县（公元前117年——13年）<br><br>西汉元狩六年（公元前117年）鄃侯国除为鄃县（1）。治今平原县西南张官店（2）。属清河郡，元鼎四年（公元前113年）属清河国，地节四年（公元前66年）属清河郡，初元二年（公元前47年）属清河国，永光元年（公元前43年）属清河郡（3）。新莽天凤元年（14年）改为善陆县（4）。<br><br><br>注：<br>（1）《史记》卷19《惠景间侯者年表》：俞，“景帝六年四月丁卯，侯栾布元年。元狩六年，侯贲坐为太常庙牺牲不如令，有罪，国除。”（北京，中华书局，1959年，3册，1013页）按元狩六年鄃侯国除为鄃县。<br>（2）《史记》卷9《吕太后本纪》《正义》引《括地志》：“故鄃城在德州平原县西南三十里，本汉鄃县，吕它邑也。”（北京，中华书局，1959年，2册，402页）按唐平原县即今平原县，鄃故城在今平原县西南三十里，以此推考，约在今平原县西南张官店（《山东省地图集》，21—22页）附近。<br>（3）周振鹤《西汉政区地理》第八章《赵国沿革》第七节《清河郡沿革》：建元五年为清河郡，“元鼎四年，复置清河国。地节四年，清河国除为郡。初元二年，复置清河国，立宣帝子竟为清河王。永光元年，清河王竟徙中山，国除为郡。”（北京，人民出版社，1987年，92页）<br>（4）谭其骧《新莽职方考》：“平河郡，汉清河郡”，“善陆，汉鄃。”其文又云：元始五年，王莽更州名，“并稍增置郡县，迄于天凤元年（14年）总有郡一百二十五，今可考者一百一十六，县二千二百三。”（《长水集》，北京，人民出版社，1987年，上册，49、64页）清河郡之改为平河郡，鄃县之改为善陆县，当在元凤元年。",
