  "source note" : "青县（1375-1911年）<br><br>明洪武八年四月辛丑（1375年5月12日）改清州为清县，⑴旋改为青县。⑵治所即今河北省青县驻地清州镇。属河间府。清康熙年间因之。⑶雍正三年九月甲子（1725年11月4日）属天津直隶州。⑷雍正九年二月丙辰（1731年3月30日）属天津府。⑸清末仍属天津府。⑹<br><br>注：<br>⑴《明太祖实录》卷99：“以献州为献县、清州为清县，俱隶河间府。”（《明实录》，第3册，1680页）<br>⑵《明史》卷40《地理一》：“元清州。洪武初，以州治会川县省入。八年四月降为县，寻改清为青。”（北京，中华书局，第4册，891页）<br>⑶康熙《清会典》卷十八《州县一》。<br>⑷《世宗实录》卷36雍正三年九月甲子：“升直隶河间府所属天津州为直隶州，管辖武清、青县、静海三县。从长芦盐政御史莽鹄立请也。”（中华书局，《清实录》，第7册，第545页）<br>⑸《世宗实录》卷103雍正九年二月丙辰：“吏部议复：署直隶总督唐执玉疏言，天津直隶州系水陆通衢，五方杂处，事务繁多，办理不易，请升州为府，设知府一员、粮捕通判一员、经历一员、教授一员、训导一员。附郭置天津县，设知县一员、县丞一员、典史一员。改州学正为教谕。此新设一县同该州原辖之青县、静海，及沧州、南皮、盐山、庆云一州三县，统归新升之府管辖。其旧设之河间府海防同知应就近改属天津，天津旧设之州同、吏目，应请裁汰。……均应如所请。从之。寻定天津新升府曰天津。”（中华书局，《清实录》，第8册，第368页）<br>⑹《职官录》（清宣统三年冬季）直隶省（台湾文海出版社有限公司《近代中国史料丛刊》影印本，第653页）",
