  "source note" : "府城县（596-605）<br><br>隋开皇十六年（596年）析经城县置。⑴治所在今河北威县驻地东。⑵隋大业二年（606年）废。⑶<br><br>注：<br>⑴《隋书》卷30《地理中》，北京，中华书局，第3册，第846页。<br>⑵嘉庆《清一统志》卷33《广平府二》：“府城故城在威县东。隋开皇十六年分经城县置府城县，属贝州，大业初仍省入。唐武德四年复置，属宗州，九年又废。”（第11册，第4页）<br>按：今威县东、北两侧，隋朝分别有经城、宗城两县，府城县当标于此两县之间。<br>⑶《隋书》卷3《炀帝纪上》，大业二年春正月丁卯，“遣十使省并州县。”（中华书局，第1册，第65页）<br>按：《旧唐书》卷39《地理二》（北京，中华书局，1975年，第5册，第1497页）宗城县下言唐武德四年置宗州，领宗城、府城、南宫、斌强四县。而经城县下又言经城县于武德四年属宗州。《校勘记》言“府城”当为“经城”之误，甚是。《一统志》不察，有误。",
