  "source note" : "容城县（1380-1911）<br><br>明洪武十三年十一月庚戌（1380年12月20日）复置。⑴治所即今河北省容城县驻地容城镇。⑵属保定府。清末仍属保定府。⑶<br><br>注：<br>⑴《明太祖实录》卷134：“复置……保定府满城、容城、高阳、新安四县。”（《明实录》，第3册，2130页）<br>弘治《保定郡志》卷1《建置沿革》：“洪武元年归附，改（雄）州为县，其地为本府属县。”（《天一阁藏明代方志选刊》本，第4册）按：时间疑有误。<br>⑵按：容城县城在明代是否有迁移，史料记载不同。<br>《读史方舆纪要》卷12《直隶三》：“明景泰二年，相地筑城，复迁治于拒马河北，南去旧县十余里，即今县城也。”（中华书局，第1册，第544页）<br>《明史》卷40《地理一》：“旧治在拒马河南，景泰二年迁于河北。”（北京，中华书局，第4册，第894页）<br>嘉庆《清一统志》卷14《保定府三》：“明景泰二年，复迁于巨马河南，北去旧县十余里。”（6册，4页）<br>上述三种史料均记载容城县在景泰二年有过一次迁移。<br>弘治《保定郡志》卷2《城郭》：“城在白沟河北，周围四里一十六步，高二丈二尺，阔二丈五尺。池深六尺，阔一丈二尺。唐时窦建德所筑也。年久坍塌。景泰二年知县王豫修筑，又以其地窄，展开数十步，包关外人家入城内，俱是土门。”（《天一阁藏明代方志选刊》本，第4册）<br>隆庆《保定府志》卷2《地理图志》：“城在白沟河北，周围四里一十六步，高二丈二尺，阔二丈五尺。池深六尺，阔一丈二尺。唐时窦建德所筑也。年久坍塌。景泰二年知县王豫修筑，又以其地窄，展数十步。……国朝仍隶雄州。洪武七年改雄州为县，而并其地，廨房倾圮，正厅仅存。十四年，复设容城县，知县唐益因旧增修堂轩幕厅东西两房及官吏廨舍如制。正德六年，蓟盗起，县治毁。知县刘相重修。嘉靖三十一年知县蒋机建后厅。四十四年知县张国贤重修正堂。”（《稀见中国地方志汇刊》本，第2册，第474页）<br>明代方志记载完全相同，是未见迁治。<br>⑶《明史》卷40《地理一》：“旧治在拒马河南，景泰二年迁于河北。”（北京，中华书局，第4册，第894页）",
