  "source note" : "永平县（1129-1213）<br><br>金初以北平县改名。⑴治所即今河北完县驻地蒲阳镇。⑵宋属中山府。金天会七年（1129年）属定州，后复属中山府，贞祐二年（1214年）升为完州。⑶<br><br>注：<br>⑴按：永平县在北宋时为北平县，金初改名永平县。何时改名，暂未查到明确记载。据《金史》卷81《王伯龙传》，天会五年伯龙破北平，复取保州、河间（中华书局，第6册，第1821页）。改名当在此年或稍后，亦有可能在天会七年与中山府改为定州同时进行。现暂作天会七年改名，待详考。<br>⑵嘉庆《清一统志》卷12《保定府一》：“金改曰永平，属中山府。贞祐二年升为完州。元至元二年降为永平县，寻复为完州，属保定路。明洪武二年降州为完县，属保定府。本朝因之。”（第6册，第5页）<br>河北省地方志编纂委员会编《河北省志》第2卷《建置志》：“治今完县蒲阳镇。”（河北人民出版社，1993年，第152页）<br>⑶《金史》卷25《地理中》：“永平，贞祐二年四月升为完州。”（中华书局，第2册，第607页）",
