  "source note" : "北平县（960-1128）<br><br>北宋建隆元年（960年）以燕平县改名。⑴治所在今河北完县驻地蒲阳镇。⑵属定州。政和三年（1113年）属中山府。⑶金初改名永平县。⑷<br><br>注：<br>⑴《太平寰宇记》卷62《河北道十一》。<br>《元丰九域志》卷2《河北路》，第79页。<br>《宋史》卷86《地理二》，中华书局，第7册，第2127页。<br>按：因无具体改名时间，暂作改隶时一并改名。<br>⑵嘉庆《清一统志》卷12《保定府一》：“完县……（唐）神龙元年复曰北平。五代唐长兴三年改曰燕平。宋初复故。庆历二年，置北平军。金改曰永平，属中山府。贞祐二年升为完州。”（第6册，第5页）<br>⑶《宋史》卷86《地理二》，中华书局，第7册，第2127页。<br>⑷按：永平县在北宋时为北平县，金初改名永平县。何时改名，暂未查到明确记载。据《金史》卷81《王伯龙传》，天会五年伯龙破北平，复取保州、河间（中华书局，第6册，第1821页）。改名当在此年或稍后，亦有可能在天会七年与中山府改为定州同时进行。现暂作天会七年改名，待详考。",
