  "source note" : "清水县（1102—1284年）<br><br>北宋崇宁元年（1102年）改万岁县为清水县，属开州。①故治在今重庆市开县东北温泉西东河西岸。②元至元二十二年（1285年）省。③<br><br>注：<br>①《宋史》卷89《地理志五》：“开州……县二：……清水，旧名万岁，后改。”（第7册，2227页）《元丰九域志》仍作“万岁”。《舆地广记》作“清水县，皇朝改曰清水。”据考证，欧阳忞《舆地广记》作于政和中，则改名当在政和前。今姑定于崇宁元年（1102年）。<br>②《清嘉庆一统志》第146册，卷398《夔州府二·古迹》：“清水废县，在开县东北六十里。唐时万岁县。宋改曰清水。元省。”《太平寰宇记》卷137：“开州盛山郡，今理开江县。…………万岁县，东北四十里。亦朐忍县之地。……唐武德元年郡废，县属开州。二年自今县北三十里故城移于今所。宝历中，节度使裴度奏废之，以其地并入开江。寻又置。……清水源出县东北石塔山，西南流以石门山，又西南流经巴渠故城东，又西南流经县东二里，又西南入开江县界。”（光绪金陵书局本）清水约当今开县境内东河，今据里距约定于开县东北温泉、东河西岸。<br>③《元史》卷60《地理志三》：“夔路……（至元）二十二年又以开、达、梁山三州来属。……开州。唐为盛山郡，又复为开州。宋及元皆因之。”（第5册，1444页）无清水县。省于何时无考，姑作省于至元二十二年（1285年）来属夔州路时省。",
