  "source note" : "万世县（619—648年）<br><br>唐武德二年（619年）县城迁治旧理南三十里。故治今重庆市开县东北温泉西东河西岸。属开州。①贞观二十三年（649年）改名万岁。②<br><br>注：<br>①《太平寰宇记》卷137：“开州盛山郡，今理开江县。…………万岁县，东北四十里。亦朐忍县之地。……唐武德元年郡废，县属开州。二年自今县北三十里故城移于今所。宝历中，节度使裴度奏废之，以其地并入开江。寻又置。……清水源出县东北石塔山，西南流以石门山，又西南流经巴渠故城东，又西南流经县东二里，又西南入开江县界。”（光绪金陵书局本）清水约当今开县境内东河，今据里距约定于开县东北温泉、东河西岸。<br>②《旧唐书》卷39《地理志二》：“开州，隋巴东郡之盛山县。义宁二年分置万州，仍割巴东郡之新浦，通川郡之万世、西流三县来属。武德元年改为开州，领四县。贞观初省西流入盛山。天宝元年改为盛山郡，乾元元年复为开州。……万岁，后周之万县，隋加‘世’字。贞观二十三年改万世为万岁县”（第4册，1540页）《新唐书》卷40《地理志四》：“开州盛山郡，本万世郡，义宁二年析巴东郡之盛山、新浦，通川郡之万世、西流置。天宝元年更名。……万岁，中下。本万世，贞观二十三年更名。宝历元年省。寻复置。”（第5册，1038页）",
