  "source note" : "云阳州（1283—1372年）<br><br>元至元二十年（1283年）升云安军为云阳州，省郭下云安县入州。属夔州路。①故治即今重庆市云阳县治。②明洪武六年（1373年）降为县。③<br><br>注：<br>①《元史》卷60《地理志三》：“云阳州，唐云安监。宋置安义县，后复为监。元至元十五年立云安军。二十年升云阳州，并云阳县入焉。”（第5册，1444页）按《舆地纪胜》仍作云安军云安县。《元志》“云阳县”应作“云安县”。<br>②《清嘉庆一统志》第146册，卷397《夔州府一·城池》：“云阳县城，明正德中建。本朝乾隆三十年修。”<br>③《明史》卷43《地理志四》：“夔州府，元夔州路，洪武四年为府。……云阳，元云阳州，洪武六年十二月降为县。……又西有武宁县，洪武四年省。”（第4册，1030页）",
