  "source note" : "安人县（595-597年）<br><br>隋开皇十五年（595年）置，属滕州（1）。治所即今广西容县东北泗盖口村（2）。开皇十八年（598年），更名宁人（3）。<br><br>注：<br>（1）《隋书》卷31·地理下·永平郡：“平陈置滕州。统县十一：永平，旧置永平郡，平陈郡废，大业置郡；武林；隋建，开皇十九年置；安基，梁置建陵郡，平陈郡废；隋安，开皇十九年置；普宁，旧曰阴石，梁置阴石郡，平陈郡废，改县为奉化，开皇十九年改名焉；戎成，梁置，曰遂成。开皇十一年改名焉。宁人，开皇十五年置，曰安人，十八年改名焉；淳人，开皇十九年置；大宾，开皇十五年置；贺川，开皇十九年置，又陈置建陵、绥越、苍梧、永建四郡，平陈并废。”（中华书局，1973年，3册，884页）。<br>（2）《寰宇记》卷167容州陆川县：“废欣道县，在州东六十里”。按据《寰宇记》载，容州治北流，按唐末容州已迁治晋宁，此距州里数应指治普宁之容州。《一统志》梧州府欣道旧县：“在容东北，即隋安人县也。”蒙起鹏《广西通志稿》郡县沿革容县下谓欣道县“在今容县东北六十里”，此说甚是。今据此定安人县于容县东北泗盖口村。<br>（3）见注（1）。",
