  "source note" : "永平县（695-971年）<br><br>唐证圣元年（695年）置，属昭州，天宝元年（742年）属平乐郡，乾元元年（758年）复属昭州（1）。治所在今平乐县东大塘堡（2）。宋开宝五年（972年）废入平乐县（3）。<br><br>注：<br>（1）《元和郡县图志》卷37岭南道4·昭州：永平县，“证圣元年割平乐县永平乡置，因乡为名。县南临永平水，西流入平乐县界。”（中华书局，1983年，下册，924页）。<br>《旧唐书》卷41·地理4·昭州：“隋始安郡之平乐县。武德四年，平萧铣置乐州，领平乐、永丰、恭城、沙亭四县。贞观七年，省沙亭县。八年，改为昭州，以昭冈潭为名。天宝元年，改为平乐郡。乾元元年，复为昭州也。旧领县三：平乐，州所治。汉荔浦县地，属苍梧郡。晋置平乐县。贞观七年，省沙亭并入也；恭城，武德四年，析平乐置；永平，隋县，旧属滕州。”（中华书局，1975年，5册，1726页）。<br>（2）《太平寰宇记》卷163岭南道8昭州平乐县：“废永平县，在州东九十里。皇朝开宝五年并入平乐县。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，29册）。《嘉庆一统志》卷467·平乐府·古迹·永平废县：“在平乐县东北。县志，故址在县东北历塘村。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，175册）。历塘村无考，姑据里数定点于平乐县东大塘堡。<br>（3）见注（2）。",
