南宋绍兴三十二年（1162年）为避孝宗讳改名梁县。属庐州。①治所即今安徽肥东县东北梁园镇。②元至元十四年（1277年）属庐州路。③至正二十四年（1364年）朱元璋改庐州路为庐州府。县属之。④明洪武二年（1369年）省入合肥。
①《宋史》卷88《地理志四》：“庐州……县三：……梁，中。本慎县。绍兴三十二年，避孝宗讳，改今名。”（第7册，2183页）
②《清嘉庆一统志》第41册，卷123《庐州府二古迹》：“慎县故城，在合肥东北。刘宋侨置。……《隋志》庐江郡慎，东魏置平梁郡。陈曰梁郡。开皇初郡废。……绍兴三十二年，避讳，改曰梁县。……今为梁县镇。”今安徽肥东县东北梁园镇。
③《元史》卷59《地理志二》：“庐州路，……元至元十三年，设淮西总管府。明年，於本路立总管府，隶淮西道。”（第5册，1411页）
④《明史》卷40《地理志一》庐州府：“元庐州路，属河南江北行省。太祖甲辰年七月为府。”（第4册，923页）按太祖甲辰年即元至正二十四年（1364年）。
