元至元十三年91276年）复置，属淮安州，十五年属邳州（1）。治今江苏睢宁县（2）。明属淮安府邳州（3）。清雍正三年（1725年）改属邳州直隶州，十一年（1733年）改属徐州府（4）。民国元年（1912年）裁府，属江苏省（5）。
