金兴定元年（1217年）迁下邳县于今睢宁县北古邳镇（1）。为邳州治（2）。元因之（3）。明洪武元年（1368年）废入邳州（4）。
注：
（1）《读史方舆纪要》卷22《江南四》邳州：下邳城，“今州东三里有土城故址，即下邳旧址，今城金人所置。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，2册，1051页）清《嘉庆一统志》卷101《徐州府·古迹》下邳故城载：“金时移今治（邳州）”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，33册，3页）按清初邳州，即今睢宁县北古邳镇，则金代迁治今古邳镇，但二书皆不载金代何年移治。考《金史》卷115《完颜仲德传》：贞祐用兵，辟充军职，“宣宗召见，授邳州刺史、兼从宜。增筑城壁，汇水环之，州由是可守。”（北京，京，1975年，8册，2605页）传言“贞祐用兵”，《金史》卷14《宣宗纪上》载：贞祐元年至四年（1213——1216年）对蒙古作战（同上引书，2册，302——322页），完颜仲德授邳州刺史当在贞祐四年之后的兴定初，今定于兴定元年（1217年），下邳县迁治今古邳镇，即在其时。
