明万历五年（1577年）迁萧县治今安徽萧县，属徐州（1）。清雍正十一年（1733年）属徐州府（2）。1912年废府，县属江苏省（3）。
注：
（1）《明史》卷40《地理志一》：徐州萧县，“旧治在县西北，今治，万历五年徙。”（北京，中华书局，1974年，4册，930页）清《嘉庆一统志》卷101《徐州府·古迹》：萧县故城，在萧县西北，“《旧志》，古萧国城，一名黄杨城，或谓之北城，宋时河决。乃改筑，南徙治焉。明万历五年（1577年），遂没于水，知县武维翰乃迁治于三台山之南，西北去旧城十里，即今治也。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，中934年，33册，1——2页）按今萧县西北三台山（《安徽省地图集》，中国地图出版社，2002年，45页）则秦至明万历四年萧县治三台山，明万历五年徙治今县。
