元至元十二年（1275年）复立萧县，属徐州（1）。治今安徽萧县西北五台山（2）。明万历五年（1577年）迁治今萧县（3）。

（2）（3）清《嘉庆一统志》卷101《徐州府·古迹》：萧县故城，在萧县西北，“《旧志》，古萧国城，一名黄杨城，或谓之北城，宋时河决。乃改筑，南徙治焉。明万历五年（1577年），遂没于水，知县武维翰乃迁治于三台山之南，西北去旧城十里，即今治也。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，33册，1——2页）按今萧县西北三台山（《安徽省地图集》，中国地图出版社，2002年，45页）则秦至明万历四年萧县治三台山。北齐天保七年改为承高县，隋开皇三年改为龙城县，十八年改为临沛县，大业三年复改为萧县。",
