隋开皇十年（590年）废安京郡为安京县，属安州，十八年（598年）改属钦州，大业三年（607年）属宁越郡（1）。治所即今广西钦州市（2）。唐武德五年（622年）属钦州，天宝元年（742年）属宁越郡，至德二年（757年）更名保京县（3）。

（1），《隋书》卷31?宁越郡：“梁置安州，开皇十八年改曰钦州。统县六。”“安京：旧置安京郡，平陈，郡废。”（北京，中华书局，1973年，3册，884页）。
《嘉庆一统志》卷450?廉州府?古迹：安远故城“今钦州治。旧志：梁武帝分宋寿郡置安京郡。隋平陈郡废为安京县，属宁越郡。唐属钦州，至德二年改曰保京。宋初复曰安京，景德二年改曰安远县，仍属钦州。南渡后，移州来治，为倚郭县。明洪武七年，省入州。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，168册）。据此作隋开皇十年废安京郡为安京县，属安州，十八年改属钦州，大业三年属宁越郡。

（3），《旧唐书》卷41?岭南道?钦州：“隋宁越郡。武德四年平萧铣，改为钦州总管府（按：据《舆地纪胜》考证，置钦州在武德五年），管一州，领钦江、安京、南宾、遵化、内亭五县。五年置如和县。其年，置玉州、南亭州，并隶钦州，以内亭、遵化二县属亭州。贞观元年，罢都督府。二年废亭州，复以内亭、遵化并来属。十年，省海平县。天宝元年，改为宁越郡。乾元元年，复为钦州也。旧领县七，天宝领县五。”保京县：“隋安京县。至德二年改为保京。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，5册，1746页）。",
