五代汉乾祐三年（公元950年），楚王马氏析长沙县东部置。⑴治所在今湖南长沙县驻地星沙镇南浏阳河北鹿芝岭村。北宋乾德元年（963）废。
⑴《旧五代史》卷102《隐帝纪中》：汉乾祐三年（公元950年），“秋七月辛亥，湖南奏，析长沙县东界为龙喜县。从之。”（北京，中华书局，5册，1359页）
嘉庆《清一统志》卷355《长沙府》：“常丰故城……又五代汉乾祐三年，楚王马希范尝置龙喜县。今无考。”（132册，1页）
裴淮昌主编：《湖南古今地名辞典》：“龙喜县，五代汉乾祐三年（公元950年），楚马希广析长沙县东部置。治所在今长沙县仙人市乡鹿芝岭村。……北宋乾德元年（公元963）废，另置长丰县（一作常丰县）。今尚有龙喜故城遗迹。”（湖南出版社，1993年，第29页）",
