隋开皇十一年（591年）改平都县置，属吉州。（1）治所即今江西安福县。（2）开皇十八年（598年）又改名安復县。（3）
注：
（1）《隋书》卷31《地理志下》廬陵郡：“平陈，置吉州”。领有安成县。又在安復县下曰：“旧置安成郡。平陈，郡废，县改曰安成。”（北京，中华书局，1973年，3册，880页）按：安成郡在隋开皇十一年（591年）废，当作此年平都县改名为安成县，属吉州。
（2）顾祖禹《读史方舆纪要》卷87《江西·吉安府》安福县安平故城：“后汉永元八年（96年）改曰平都。三国吴始移县于今治，并置安成郡治焉。今县治南百步有平都废县址。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，4册，3660页）按：据《太平寰宇记》卷109《江南西道七·吉州》安福县：平都县，“吴宝鼎二年（267年）置安成郡而县属焉。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，21册，19、20页）当作平都县也于吴宝鼎二年徙治，并为安成郡治所。又据牛平汉《明代政区沿革综表》谓，吉安府安福县治即今安福县。（北京，中国地图出版社，1997年，155页）则所迁平都县治，即今江西安福县。其后县治未见迁徙，隋安成县也当治此。
