明洪武二年（1369年）降为溧水县。
元元贞元年（1295年）升溧水县为溧水州，属集庆路（1）。治今江苏溧水县（2）。至正十六年（1356年）地入明（3）。明洪武二年（1369年）降为溧水县（4）。
