（2）《太平寰宇记》卷90《江南东道二》：升州江宁县，“隋开皇十年（590年`），移于冶城。唐武德六年（按前文升州沿革下作九年[626年]，此六为九字之误），又移白下，改为白下县。贞观七年（633年），移还冶城，九年（635年），复为江宁县。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，17册，5页）郭黎安《六朝建康》：冶城下引《六朝事迹编类》云：“冶城，今天庆观即其地也。本吴冶铸之所，因以为名。”又云：“宋天庆观即今南京市朝天宫。”（香港天马图书有限公司，2002年，221页）则隋开皇十年（590年）移江宁县治今南京市，唐武德三年（620年）改为归化县，八年，又改为金陵县。
