  "source note" : "<html><body>娄县（1656-1911年）治所<br><br>清顺治十三年（1656）析华亭县地置娄县，治今上海市松江县松江镇[1]。此后至清末治所位置和名称不变。<br><br><br>[1]乾隆《娄县志》卷一：“顺治十三年，始析华亭地置娄县，与华亭同倚郭。……初，顺治十二年，松江知府李正华以华亭田赋多，一令不能经理，奏记巡抚都御史张中元，请析为二县。中元以闻。十三年，得旨报可，始分华亭风泾、胥浦二乡及集贤、华亭、修竹乡之半立娄县。十六年，工科给事中陈台孙言分县繁扰，请如旧制，仍并入华亭县。事下，巡抚都御史朱国治议覆寝不行。”<br>《清代政区沿革综表》：“（顺治）十三年二月已未（1656.3.5）析华亭县地置娄县，为府之附郭。（《世宗实录》卷九十八）”</body></html>",
