1，《元史》卷62·地理五·福建道宣慰司·漳州路：县五，“南靖，本南胜，改今名。”（北京，中华书局，1976年，5册，1507页）。《读史方舆纪要》卷99·福建五·漳州府·南靖县：“本漳浦、龙溪、龙岩三县地。元至治中，以地险远，难于控御，割置南胜县。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，5册，4129页）。按：至治共三年，“至治中”，今作至治二年。
2，《读史方舆纪要》卷99·福建五·漳州府·南靖县：“南胜城，《志》云：旧址有二，初置于县西南九围矾山之东。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，5册，4129页）。矾山，《福建省地图集》平和县幅作樊山。（福州，1962年，85-86页）。在樊山东北有地名“南胜”，当是至治中的县治。
