1，《新唐书》卷41·地理五·江南东道·建州：“武德四年置”。领县五：“邵武县，本隶抚州，武德四年析置绥城县，隶建州，七年以邵武来属。贞观三年省绥城入焉。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，4册，1064页）。
2，绥城县故址，林汀水《闽东、闽北若干政区地名沿革考辨》云：“吴所析置的绥安县、晋所改的绥城县当治绥安寨，即治（建宁县）里心保。唐复置的绥城县，乃改治于今建宁西南三里的黄连镇。”（《厦门大学学报》哲学社会科学版，1998年1期，106页）。
