1，《太平寰宇记》卷100·江南东道十二·福州：“贞观初置泉州，景云二年改为闽州，开元十三年改为福州，天宝初属江南东道寻改为长乐郡，乾元元年复为福州。”“福清县，东南一百一十里。……天宝元年改为福唐县。朱梁改为永昌县。后唐同光初复旧。晋天福初改为南台县，後复旧。今为福清县。”（金陵书局，光绪八年刊本，19册）。《读史方舆纪要》卷96·福建二·福州府：福清县“五代梁平开二年，王氏改为永昌县。唐同光初，复曰福唐。长兴四年，王氏又改曰福清县。”（北京，中华书局，1955年，5册，3989页）。清《嘉庆一统志》卷425·福州府一·建置沿革：“福清县，在府南少东一百三十五里。…唐同光元年，复曰福唐。长兴四年，始曰福清。”（《四部丛刊续编》，商务印书馆，1934年，154册）。
