五代梁开平三年（909年）置，治虔州（今江西赣州市）。领虔州。（1）乾化二年（912年）增领韶州。（2）
注：
（1）朱玉龙《五代十国方镇年表?虔州》引《十国春秋》卷8《谭全播传》“天祐六年（开平三年，即909年），光稠来附于高祖，亦以虔、韶二州请命于梁。梁太祖为置百胜军，以光稠为防御使。”又《五代十国方镇年表?抚州》曰：“唐末，南城人危全讽据其地，自称镇南节度使。后梁开平三年，并入淮南。”（北京，中华书局，1997年，462、453页）按：当开平三年虔州置百胜军防御史。故作治虔州（今江西赣州市）。领虔州。
（2）司马光《资治通鉴》卷268《后梁纪三》乾化二年（912年）：十二月“虔州防御史李彦图卒，州人奉谭全播知州事，遣使内附，诏以全播为百胜防御使、虔?韶二州节度开通使。（北京，中华书局，1956年，18册，8764页）",
