金天会八年（1130年）复改顺昌府为颍州。治汝阴县（今安徽阜阳市治），领汝阴、颍上、泰和、沈丘四县，辖境不变。界线同顺昌府（1116—1129年）界线。元光二年（1223年）颍上县改属寿州。界线始变。①元至元三十年（1293年）降为散州，属汝宁府。
①《金史》卷77《刘豫传》：“天会八年九月，……降淮宁、永昌、顺昌、兴仁府俱为州。”（第6册，1760页）天会八年为1130年。《金史》卷25《地理志中》：“颍州，宋顺昌府汝阴郡。……县四：……汝阴……颍上，元光二年十一月改隶寿州。……泰和、沈丘。”（第2册，598页）元光二年为1223年。
