三国魏太和六年（232年）改沛郡为沛国（1），治沛县（江苏沛县），领沛、杼秋、公丘三县，属豫州。景初二年（238年）彭城国之丰、广戚二县来隶。西晋泰始元年（265年）沛国移治相县，以公丘县改属鲁国，增领相、竹邑、符离、洨、虹、萧六县（2）。
