元至正十七年（1357年）朱元璋改徽州路为兴安府。①治歙县。领县五、州一：歙、休宁、祁门、黟、绩溪、婺源州。明洪武二年年（1369年）降婺源州为县。②吴元年（至正二十七年，1367年）改为徽州府。③
