"source note" : "严州(621-623年)界线和治所
唐武德四年（621年）置严州，治桐庐（今浙江桐庐西北旧县），领桐庐、分水、建德三县，七年（624年）废州及分水、建德二县，以桐庐县属睦州（1）。《淳熙严州图经》卷2建德县县境：“西至寿昌县界六十里，以茭塘为界，自界至寿昌二十五里，”淳安县县境：“东至建德县界八十里以铜官岭为界。”（2）今淳安县东近建德县界有桐岭（3）。是自宋至今淳安及原寿昌界线基本无变化，故此前亦据此画出。
