唐至德元年（756年）罗州（招义郡）另属岭南节度使置。治邕州（朗宁郡，今广西南宁市南）。领邕州（朗宁郡）……钦州（宁越郡）、山州（龙池郡）等州。（1）乾元元年（758年）改为邕州管内经略使兼都防御使。（2）
注：
（1）《新唐书》卷69《方镇表六》天宝十四载（755年）：“置邕州管内经略使，领邕、贵、横、钦、澄、宾、严、罗、淳、瀼、山、田、笼十三州，治邕州（今广西南宁市南）。”又至德元载（756年）：“升五府经略讨击使为岭南节度使，领广、韶、循、潮、康、泷、端、新、封、春、勤、罗、潘、高、恩、雷、崖、琼、振、儋、万安、藤二十二州，治广州。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，6册，1934、1935页）按：则此时罗州改属岭南节度使。而《旧唐书》卷38《地理志一》：“邕管经略使。治邕州，管邕、贵、党、横、田、严、山、峦、罗、潘等州。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，5册，1392页）与之异。
