五代唐同光元年（923年）置，治饶州（今江西波阳县）。领饶州。（1）汉天福十二年（947年）改为安化军节度使。（2）
注：
（1）朱玉龙《五代十国方镇年表?饶州》：“《江西通志》卷16引《古今郡县名考》云：‘饶州，南唐置永平军；开宝八年，复为饶州’。《十国春秋》卷21《刁能传》：‘元宗嗣立，出为永平军节度使’。两书互证，永平之说当属可信。”（北京，中华书局，1997年，653页）按：“南唐置”，作同光元年（923年）置，当治饶州（今江西波阳县）。所领支州未详，姑作只领饶州。
（2）司马光《资治通鉴》卷287《后汉纪二》天福十二年（947年）：十二月“是岁，唐主以羽林大将军王延政为安化节度使鄱阳王，镇饶州”。《注》曰：“唐盖置安化军于饶州。”（北京，中华书局，1956年，20册，9382页）按：姑作由永平军节度使改置。",
