（2）《新唐书》卷68《方镇表五》景福二年（893年）：“升杭州防御使（武胜军防御使）为都团练苏、杭等州观察使，寻废。徙镇海军节度使治杭州（今浙江杭州市）。”（北京，中华书局，1975年，6册，1925页）按：“都团练苏、杭等州观察使”，时间短，不计。又《资治通鉴》卷261昭宗光化元年（898年）:“钱鏐请徙镇海军于杭州，从之”。胡三省《注》：“镇海军本治润州，今徙军额于杭州。”（北京，中华书局，1956年，18册，8514页）与之异。",
