清道光《昆新两县志》卷8《市镇》：“陆家浜镇，一作录葭浜，在夏驾浦南。”嘉庆《清一统志》卷77《苏州府一·山川》：“夏驾浦在昆山东南二十里。明永乐二年尚书夏原青凿夏驾浦，使吴淞江水北入娄江，遂名尚书浦。”今江苏昆山市陆家浜。
明万历《重新昆山县志》作市，创于宣德初。",
