清光绪《淳安县志》卷1乡都：“和义乡，在县东南，旧辖里七，曰：归善；曰，赋溪，旧名观亭（误作停）……。”明万历《严州府志》卷4《乡都》：“淳安县，自二十七都至二十八都为和义乡，里七：归善、观亭……。”观亭何时改名赋溪，不明。今从光绪县志。今浙江淳安县东南赋溪。",
