民国《遂安县志》卷2《社仓》，据乾隆二十三年各都图存粮数及存粮庄改编成表，其中十六都有“芹川”存庄。十六都在县治西北。清宗源瀚等纂、民国徐则恂等修订：《浙江全省舆地图并水陆道里记》（杭州，武林印书馆，1915年）遂安县图，县治西北有芹川村。今浙江淳安县西南芹川村。",
